The White Lady’s Slipper is rare, threatened or endangered in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Wisconsin. It is believed extirpated from Pennsylvania, where it was originally “discovered”.
